    Structuring your key accounts sales cycle using AWS

    Idinvest invited a selection of start-ups to its offices to hear about how Amazon Web Services functions and how it can improve key accounts sales efficiency. Leading the session was Rudolph Chène-Milleville, head of the Industry Sales Key Accounts teams at AWS France, which benefits from a structured sales process. How to draw up a chart of accounts? How to identify clients? key contacts and how to locate them within their organisation chart? How best to recruit and motivate a first-rate key accounts sales team? Around forty start-ups were on hand to discuss these different topics at the workshop, which also offered networking opportunities.
