Jean-David Blanc, CEO

JeanDavid Blanc designed his first video game at the age of 13. Two years later, he created his first company, and the following year, he introduced the first electronic information service (for the Marlboro Racing Service dedicated to Formula 1 and motor sports). At the age of 19, he founded Concerto Télématique, an interactive service company which quickly attracted the likes of Philip Morris, Elf France, Merlin Gerin, la Mairie de Paris, Coca Cola, Nissan... At age 24, he launched AlloCiné , which became the most significant movie guide service and one of France's most famous internet success stories. In June 2015, he created Molotov, alongside Pierre Lescure (Canal+) and Jean-Marc Denoual (ex-TF1).

PRESENTATION OF MOLOTOV

Molotov is an online platform which allows its users to legally access the content of TV channels, either live or recorded. Launched on the 11th July 2016, this service offers access to almost all French TV channels. The results are promising - Molotov already had 1.5 million users by the end of May 2017. The company completed a round of fundraising of 17 million euros in August 2016, in order to consolidate its position in France and to prepare for its expansion into further markets.
