Last week, on October 10th and 11th, Idinvest Partners hosted its Annual Investor Seminar 2018 in the magnificent ballrooms of the Four Seasons George V Hotel in Paris.
On this occasion, Idinvest Partners welcomed over 200 Limited Partners, about 30% of whom were foreign visitors from Asia, Europe, and North America. This seminar, rich in networking opportunities, witnessed numerous highlights. The plenary session was particularly opulent in content and speakers, opened by Christophe Bavière (CEO & Managing Partner) and Benoist Grossmann (Managing Partner) and concluded by Virginie Morgon (CEO of Eurazeo).
The plenary session speakers included members of Idinvest, CEOs of start-ups and economists who discussed diverse topics such as economic trends, optimising Private Equity, and more. For example, Eric Chaney, one of the speakers, an economist and consultant for the Institut Montaigne, presented on the subject "Europe sailing through the Trumpian chaos." Another presentation was in the form of an exchange between Ran Korber, CEO of the start-up Breezometer, and Nicolas Chaudron, Managing Partner of Idinvest, offering insights on both sides of an investment.
Throughout the event, investors were not only able to attend the various AGMs of different funds but also attend workshops and meetings focused on the main themes of Idinvest activity (Secondary Funds, Private Debt, Growth Capital, Private Banking, Digital, Smart City...).
