    The Communications Team is looking for a Communications Intern starting in January 2018. As Idinvest Partners' Communications Intern, you will assist our team with all activities related to communications.
    Term: 6 months
    Missions:
    • Community management: run the website and social media accounts;
    • Press relations: coordinate between our PR agencies (Paris, London, Shanghai and Frankfurt) and in-house teams;
    • Event planning: help organize events for institutional investors, entrepreneurs and corporate guests;
    • Coordinate and track the production of printed marketing materials;
    • Internal communications: help plan in-house events and set up an employee newsletter.

    Abilities:

    • Team player;
    • Works well independently;
    • Detail-oriented (strong copyediting skills a major plus);
    • Sharp-witted;
    • Enthusiastic;
    • Native English speaker;
    • Computer skills: MS Office + (ideally) Adobe InDesign + Photoshop.

  • 26/09/2017 - Private Equity Intern - Secondary Transactions


    Private Equity Team is looking for a trainee from January 2018
    Term: 6 months
    The Intern will have responsibility for evaluating, executing and monitoring private equity transactions. 
    Key responsibilities will include initial deal review and screening; business, financial and industry due diligence; financial modelling and valuation analysis; execution support and post-investment transaction monitoring.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking an exposure to the private equity market. The Intern will be fully involved in all aspects of primary investing as part of a small team.

    Qualifications / Requirements:
    • Solid academic record;
    • Previous experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Audit, is a prerequisite;
    • Strong analytical and modelling skills;
    • Strong oral and written communication skills;
    • Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;
    • Some understanding of the Private Equity market would be useful;
    • English proficiency (an additional European language will be a plus but is not required).

    • Previous experience in investment banking, transaction services or private equity;
    • Solid academic record: pursuing a relevant Master's degree in a top ranking school;
    • Strong analytical and modelling skills;

    • Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;
    • Some understanding of the Private Equity market would be useful;
    • Spanish or Italian as a mother tongue;
    • Fluency in English mandatory;
    • Conversational French would be a plus but is not required.

    Marketing team is looking for a trainee as soon as possible
    Term: 6 months
    Missions:
    • Production of marketing materials (product presentations, newsletter ...)
    • Competitive research
    • Participation in the responses to calls for tenders, due diligences
    • Carrying out one-off market studies (private equity market in France, private debt market, etc.)
    • Permanent link with investment and fund monitoring teams

    This internship offers a high level of exposure to the Private Equity sector: discovery of the different businesses (marketing, sales, investments, reporting, monitoring) and asset classes.

    Required profile:
    • Last year of business school or postgraduate studies in finance
    • Excellent level in English (written and oral), preferably a dual nationality
    • A second European language is a plus
    • Good command of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
    • A passion for Private Equity and Finance
    • Independent and initiative, with the ability to work in a team.
